Gina Colmenares Lopez

Gina is a psychologist, with a master's degree in social development, and graduate studies in education, engineering and international projects. She's a certified professional in public management of development (BID). She holds 7 years of experience formulating and implementing social projects of community development, and in the public and private sectors. Likewise, she has expertise in management of public investment projects (MGA), and in scientific and pedagogical production. She has worked with vulnerable communities, in teaching and research. She's committed to social change, scientific advancement, innovation, education and community development.
