Organizations Cauca-Adapted and Resilient, Barranquilla,+20 and Green by Nature, uniting their efforts have strengthened the initiative I Government whose aim is to “educate the community members of the Commune II, and of the city of Popayán, Colombia forming a group of 50 people in Open Government and environmental democracy in a dynamic and pedagogical, based on innovative methodologies of collective construction in which form the citizen in GA and their pillars as an effective tool for the improvement of the exercise of citizen oversight body and social control,” the same will be implemented from January of this year, thanks to the recognition awarded by the Ministry of the Interior of Colombia.

In coordination with the Latin american Network of Youth for democracy – YOUTH LAC, we organized a national dialogue on the University of North with the purpose of knowing the perspectives of youth in issues of democracy, governance, peace, environment, among others, which were consolidated for the way to the general assembly of the OAS.
