COP4 of the Escazú Agreement, held in Nassau, Bahamas, was a key regional forum for environmental democracy in Latin America and the Caribbean. Discussions on environmental justice, public participation, and the protection of land defenders took place there. The delegation from the Feminist Climate Collective, made up of women who participated in the diploma program, arrived to share experiences, perspectives, and proposals developed from within their communities, strengthening women's influence and placing community voices at the heart of decision-making.
